Refund policy

Sorry, no returns on cut fabric  - all sales final.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards

Pre-Orders

Please refer to individual listings for approximate ship dates on each Pre-Order item. Pre-ordered listings are an opportunity to purchase fabrics before their official arrival date. Pre-ordered fabrics are prioritized upon arrival, cut, and shipped before being available on the floor. 
We suggest ordering Pre-Order fabric and Ready-To-Ship fabric/ items separately – if you do order items together, they will all be shipped together when the Pre-Order arrives. If you decide afterward you would like your items shipped separately additional postage will be required.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes - you may cancel your pre-order anytime up until the pre-order cut off date. Once your fabric  has been cut we cannot provide a refund. We will do our best to accommodate in any manner, however,  if you absolutely must cancel after the date, a 20% cancellation fee will apply. We hope you understand.

Damages and issues
 
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To start a return, you can contact us at hellomoggiefabrics@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 841 10th Street West, Owen Sound, On N4K 6S1 and return shipping cost are your expense.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
